• Revealed Images retains copyright on all images, markings, and any identifying instruments created by us. The Client, upon completion of payment, assumes ownership of their images for their personal use and enjoyment. This includes downloading, uploading, printing, or sharing their images in any manner that doesn't constitute commercial use. This term is not extended to volunteer models.

• All private and volunteer photo sessions must have a model release form signed before services can take place. This simply allows Revealed Images to utilize any images we create for portfolio, advertising, editorial, or any other lawful means.

​

• Revealed Images respects the privacy of our clients, and will not use any images created for private clients for any of the above purposes without consulting and reaching an agreement with the client beforehand.

​

• Revealed Images maintains strict confidentiality of our client's images, and will not sell, transfer, print, or monetize client images in any manner. This policy DOES NOT apply to photo sessions or projects that models or clients have volunteered for and have signed model releases beforehand.

• Revealed Images does not retain any personally identifying or financial information of any of our clients on our site.

​

• Revealed Images reserves the right to adjust or delay the turnover time for completion and delivery of projects, packages, and services in the event of any unforeseen issue or calamity that may include but is not limited to sickness, family emergency, work commitments, severe weather, loss of access to the venue, loss, damage or malfunction of equipment, the inability of vendors to supply equipment, any scenario that poses a threat to the safety of the Client or any affiliate of Revealed Images, etc.

• Revealed Images bears no liability in the event of any issues that occur as a result of third-party vendors, hackers, Internet Service Providers, electronic failure, or web browser failure. Our site is SSL-secured and subject to the stability and protection that is to be expected of such security. The client can trust that we have taken every reasonable security measure to ensure that your information and privacy are protected.

• Revealed Images reserves the right and discretion to update and amend these policies at any time.

• The Client has the right to fair, prompt, and respectful service at all times from Revealed Images and any of its representatives.

​

• The Client agrees and accepts that once their session is confirmed by Revealed Images, they are bound to the terms of payment @ the listed value of their chosen session.

​

• The Client assumes all responsibility for their own personal makeup, wardrobe, hair, transportation, and any other means of preparation that may be required to facilitate their participation in their photo session unless agreed to beforehand in writing between The Client and Revealed Images.

​

• The Client agrees to supply Revealed Images with some/all props and items that they may require to facilitate their photo session unless it is established beforehand that Revealed Images will facilitate some/all of the said items. 

​

• The Client assumes all responsibility for ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken if they must cancel a photo session for any reason. Further to this, they must ensure that they have read and understood the policies and penalties with regard to cancellation before booking their photo session.

​

• The Client agrees to take all reasonable steps to inform Revealed Images of any changes or delays in the schedule that may affect the appointed time for their photo session, and thus, any sessions for other clients that may be affected.

​

• The Client agrees and accepts that their photo session commences at the appointed time (established at the moment of booking) and that they will be charged for any run-over into the next hour(s) as a result of any delays that are not a result of changes or delays caused by Revealed Images.

​

• In the event of any dispute or disagreement between The Client and Revealed Images that are not addressed within these policies, The Client agrees to bring the matter to the attention of Revealed Images upon discovery and to seek resolution to the issue in a manner that is fair and acceptable to both parties. 

​

• The Client accepts that by booking a photo session, these policies are accepted and binding, and not subject to change or amendment unless expressly consented to by Revealed Images. 

​

• The Client accepts responsibility to review these policies from time to time to ensure that they are current and aware of any amendments and updates that may be in effect since their last scheduled photo session.

​

• We understand how dynamic everyday life is, and things can change in an instant. However, we respectfully ask for 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule photoshoots without penalty.

​

• Within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed.

​

• If the client (you) fails to show up at the appointed time and place without any form of prior notice or cancellation, 50% of the quoted shoot amount will be assessed.

​

• We do not foresee any reason to assess fees so long as communication between us is open and current. 

​

​

• With an understanding that weather conditions are beyond anyone's control, photo sessions will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining. If rain is present, we can reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment. If the photo session is absolutely dependent upon clear and sunny weather, both The Client and Revealed Images can come to an agreement on what is a suitable date. (No reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather.)
